Morning Routine - School days


 

My Morning Routine:

- 5AM Wake up 
- 6AM (depending on season - first light will do) Walk to the beach - 17 minutes of high-intensity walk and run, 35 metres climb. 200 KCal burned. Touch the water and taste it
- Put the coffee on and prep the protein shake
- 6:30AM - coffee with full fat milk and protein shake
    - 1 banana
    - 1 scoop protein
    - full fat milk
    - 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
- 7AM - basic workout
    - 3x 33 push ups on knuckles
    - 3x 12 of either lat raises or curls or shoulder presses or squats. 
- 7:30 AM - shower and dress
